The company provides comprehensive Project Management and Oversight
throughout the development process.
Development Management
Services are comprehensive, from project inception extending thru project completion. Starting with concept development, it can include assistance in site selection, economic feasibility analysis, obtaining entitlements, budgets and schedules and team assembly. It includes the sub sets for PROJECT and CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT Management.
Project Management
Services commence with the Preconstruction Phase which includes oversight of final programming and all design phases from confirmation of concept to preparation of construction documents, and continues thru the bidding process. Project Management includes the sub set of CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT Management.
Construction Contract Management
Services consist of the administration of all aspects of the construction process including oversight of the contractors performance, of architectural and inspection services and active management of cost control, schedules, budgets, disbursements and documentation. Services also include oversight of the commissioning and the project close out process.
